If you experience an issue that we are unable to resolve and that makes the service unusable, we offer a full refund within 15 days of your initial purchase.

Refund Conditions
1. Technical Support
We cannot provide a refund for issues related to your equipment unless:
You agree to follow our instructions to resolve the issue.
You provide clear proof of the malfunction, preferably a video.
Please contact us before requesting a refund. Our technical support team is committed to responding to your emails within a maximum of 12 hours to assist you.
2. Compliance with Procedures
Do not open a dispute with your bank or PayPal to request a refund, as this may result in:
Disclosure of the nature of your purchase to your bank.
Exposure to potential fines of up to $3,000 under applicable regulations.
If a refund is granted, your MAC address will be banned, preventing you from subscribing to our services again.
Refund Scale
Depending on the duration of use, the following refund percentages apply:
Within 15 days: 90% refund
After 1 month: 75% refund
After 2 months: 50% refund
After 3 months: 30% refund
After 4 months: 15% refund
After 6 months: 10% refund
Note: PayPal transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer in case of a refund.
